RNDC Holiday Trade show SYSTEM DESIGN
Through my role at Ansira, I was trusted to create a complete design system for my client, Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) to support a Supplier Trade Show held in the Florida Keys. The system included everything from welcome banners, step-and-repeats, both printed and digital invites, to custom cornhole boards, branded stickers, and original illustrations used throughout the event. I also designed a 28-page printed program and an order sheet to support both engagement and sales. Every element was created to reflect RNDC’s brand while aiming to deliver a cohesive, high-impact experience for all in attendance.
Supplier Program Booklet
I designed a 28-page program booklet for the Trade Shows, transforming extensive event details into a clean, engaging, and easy-to-navigate format. Blending cohesive branding, custom illustrations, and precise layouts, the booklet not only highlighted suppliers and products but will also provide space for tasting notes and order references, serving as both a functional tool and a polished keepsake.
Invites, Banners, Order forms & more!
It was requested to start with invites for obvious timeline reasons. As such, it was determined the invites would set the tone for the system. In order to create something fun, flexible and applicable to other formats, I stayed true to RNDC Brand Guidelines and created fun and professional illustrations that match the vibe and culture of the company and event.
RNDC Event Illustrations!
Over the years, RNDC’s professional brand has evolved to incorporate playful illustrations that convey motion, energy, and a dynamic aesthetic that resonates with both their target demographic and corporate environment. I developed these illustrations to bring a sense of liveliness and fun to the overall system, ultimately transforming them into a sticker sheet for attendees. This will not only serve as a unique souvenir, but also create a memorable and engaging experience for both the attendees and RNDC Suppliers.
